Hi, I’m Umar Aslam, a web developer and designer. These terms outline the rules for using my website, umaraslam.online, and for any services you hire me for. By using my site or services, you’re agreeing to these terms.
My Services
I offer web development, design, and related services. Each project is unique, and the specific details, scope, and deliverables will be clearly defined in a separate proposal or agreement that we both agree on before work begins.
The Website
My website is a portfolio to showcase my work and help you learn about what I do. I try to keep everything accurate and up-to-date, but I can’t guarantee that all information is always current or error-free.
My Work & Your Work
All the code, designs, and content I create for you (the “deliverables”) will be yours upon full payment, as outlined in our project agreement. The portfolio work, website design, and content on umaraslam.online itself are my intellectual property and can’t be reused without my permission.
Your Privacy & Our Confidentiality
I value your trust. Any information you share with me about your business or project will be treated as confidential. I won’t share it with third parties unless required by law.
Payment & Terms
Project pricing and payment schedules (like deposits or milestones) will be detailed in your project proposal. I require timely payments to keep projects on track. Unfortunately, I may have to pause work if payments are significantly delayed.
A Quick Note on Liability
I always strive to deliver high-quality work. However, I can’t guarantee specific business results from my services. To the fullest extent permitted by law, I won’t be liable for any indirect or consequential losses arising from the use of my website or services.
Ending a Project
Either of us can end our project agreement at any time. If a project is terminated before completion, you will be responsible for paying for all the work that has been completed satisfactorily up to that point.
Changes to These Terms
I may update these terms occasionally. The most current version will always be posted right here on this page.
